Description

30-Minute Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are a delightful treat that combines crispy, tender chicken with a spicy and creamy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect for any gathering or weeknight dinner, these sliders offer a burst of flavor in every bite.

  • 23 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken into smaller pieces or use tenders for easy handling.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally press into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake chicken for an additional 10 minutes to ensure it's fully cooked.
  7. While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  8. Once chicken is done, assemble sliders on buns with Bang Bang sauce and lettuce (or other desired toppings).
