- 2–3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns
- Lettuce (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces or use tenders for easy handling.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally press into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake chicken for an additional 10 minutes to ensure it's fully cooked.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Once chicken is done, assemble sliders on buns with Bang Bang sauce and lettuce (or other desired toppings).
