Ingredients
- 3 lb. side of salmon, skin on
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil

- Cut the salmon into six equal portions and place skin side down in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for later; pour the rest over the salmon pieces and let rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F) and lightly brush grates with oil.
