  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil in a mixing bowl until well coated, then spread on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and slightly browned.
  4. While roasting, prepare sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and optional red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until simmering and slightly thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
