  • 5 1/2 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup caramel ice cream sauce

Instructions

  2. Fit the pie pastry into a 9" deep dish pie pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add sliced apples and toss until well coated. Pour into the prepared crust.
