  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 ¼ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by mashed bananas and vanilla; mix well.
