- ½ kg potatoes
- 400 g ground beef
- 45 g Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- Flour for coating
- 1 Egg for coating
- Breadcrumbs for coating

- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash them in a mixing bowl. Stir in Cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; season with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
- Take a portion of potato mixture, flatten it in your palm, add a spoonful of beef filling and a slice of Mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the potato around the filling to form a ball shape.
- Roll each croquettes in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet or preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Fry croquettes until golden brown or bake on a greased baking sheet until crispy.
