- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup + 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4–5 Biscoff cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugars, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl; whisk in cocoa powder.
- Combine the melted mixture with the egg mixture until just blended.
