- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for swirl)
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a larger bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
- Pour half the batter into the pan; sprinkle half the swirl mixture and half the blueberries. Repeat with remaining batter, topping with leftover swirl mixture and blueberries.
- Gently swirl through batter using a knife.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
