- 4 Roma tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1–2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, blend crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Gently fold the tomato mixture into the cheese mixture until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional basil leaves and red pepper flakes. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
