Instructions

  3. For the dressing, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic powder, water (to desired consistency), salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble by layering arugula on a platter followed by grilled carrots, figs, walnuts, goat cheese crumbles, and sliced avocado.
