  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
