- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and prepare the vegetables.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes). Transfer to a baking dish.
