  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and stir into the saucepan. Simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes) and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in bell pepper and broccoli; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce; mix well for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
