Ingredients
- 2 – 2 1/2 lbs. skin-on chicken thighs

- 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest

- 2 jalapeños (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
