- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 green onions (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
