Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared tray.
  5. Freeze for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing it back on the tray.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
