  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (coarsely chopped)
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 20 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the OREO crust in a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, whip ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
