Instructions

  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients on low speed until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Portion dough into rounds, flatten slightly, place a marshmallow in the center, then wrap the dough around it completely.
  7. Chill the dough balls for at least 2 hours before baking.
