- 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
- ½ teaspoon mint extract
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together room-temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour into the mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls on the prepared sheet, pressing your thumb into the center of each ball.
- Bake for about 12 minutes; if thumbprints don’t hold, gently press again right after removing from the oven.
- For the fudge filling, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring continuously. Add mint extract once smooth.
- Fill each cookie well with melted fudge and drizzle with melted chocolate almond bark once cooled.
