  • 5 ounces soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work area by placing candy molds on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage, then chill for 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt caramels with heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Mix in pecans and remove from heat.
  5. Fill the cooled molds with the caramel mixture, leaving space at the top for more chocolate.
  6. Seal each mold with remaining melted chocolate and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  7. Carefully unmold eggs and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
