- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tsp white vinegar (for glaze)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for glaze)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
