- 2 rings (13 ounces each) turkey sausage, sliced into ¼-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, diced (about 1 cup)
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) Great Northern white beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add sliced turkey sausage and cook until browned on both sides, approximately 7-9 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté chopped onion, carrots, garlic, salt, and pepper for about 10-12 minutes until softened.

- Gradually add chicken broth and milk while stirring. Bring to a simmer.
