  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through; slice into strips.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic briefly until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with black pepper. Toss in cooked pasta to coat well.
  5. Serve topped with sliced grilled chicken strips and garnish with chopped parsley.
