Description

Creamy Pasta Salad is the ultimate side dish that combines a medley of flavors and textures, perfect for any occasion. This recipe features tender pasta mixed with sweet peas and crispy Turkey Bacon, all enveloped in a rich, creamy dressing.

  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups thawed frozen peas
  • 12 oz thick-cut cooked Turkey Bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare peas and chop Turkey Bacon. Grate Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, and Parmesan cheese; pour dressing over and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving or enjoy immediately.
