  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 3 cups béchamel sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (optional)
  • 2 cups sautéed spinach or zucchini
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer cooked lasagna noodles, followed by sautéed vegetables, shredded chicken (if using), mozzarella cheese, and more béchamel. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with béchamel and topping with Parmesan.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Allow the lasagna to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
