Instructions
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Repeat this step with the white chocolate chips in another bowl.
- Microwave each bowl on high until melted (about 60 seconds). Stir until smooth.
- Insert one sucker stick into each apple slice securely.
- Dip each apple slice into your desired topping (chocolate or caramel).
- Place the dipped slices onto parchment paper while they are still wet.
