  • 16 white sucker sticks
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • 16 wrapped Kraft caramel candies
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Shredded coconut
  • Mini M&M's
  • Sprinkles
  • Chopped pretzels
  • Toasted pecans
  • Raisins
  • Dried cranberries
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. In separate microwave-safe bowls, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
  2. Repeat this step with the white chocolate chips in another bowl.
  3. Microwave each bowl on high until melted (about 60 seconds). Stir until smooth.
  4. Insert one sucker stick into each apple slice securely.
  5. Dip each apple slice into your desired topping (chocolate or caramel).
  6. Place the dipped slices onto parchment paper while they are still wet.
  7. Immediately sprinkle your chosen toppings over the dipped areas.
  8. Refrigerate the dipped apple slices until the toppings set, about 10 minutes.
