- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz) can chow mein noodles
- 48 candy-coated chocolate eggs
Instructions
- Spray two standard muffin tins with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth. If needed, continue microwaving in 10-15 second intervals until fully melted.
- Stir in powdered sugar and peanut butter until well combined. Gently fold in chow mein noodles until coated.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin tin cup, pressing down gently to form nests. Place 3 candy eggs in the center of each nest.
