  • 1 box Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Food coloring (neon colors)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter into three bowls; add food coloring to each.
  4. Transfer colored batters into Ziploc bags, cut off one end, and squeeze into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to create a marbled look.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Once cooled, poke holes in the cake every 1.5 inches with the back of a wooden spoon.
  7. In another bowl, beat together milk and pudding mix until thickened, then pour over the cake.
  8. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top and add sprinkles if desired.
