  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ½ head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables. Thinly slice the beef against the grain.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with a splash of oil until shimmering.
  4. Cook the beef in batches if necessary until browned on both sides (about 3–4 minutes). Remove from pan.
  5. In the same pan, add cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything together for another minute or two until heated through.
