  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil – divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté the diced bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft, then set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in cooled vegetables.
  4. Form the mixture into mini loaves (4-5 total) and place on the baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
