  • 2/3 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 3 cups cold water (or sparkling water)

  • 1/4 cup water for simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, setting them aside.

  3. Blend the strawberries with the cooled simple syrup until smooth.
