Ingredients
- 500 g thick Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp flaky salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Sumac (optional)
Instructions
- Strain the Yogurt: Line a fine mesh sieve with cheesecloth and set over a bowl. Pour the Greek yogurt into the sieve and sprinkle with salt. Let it drain for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
