  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, eggs, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and parsley.
  3. Mix until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. For the glaze: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and parsley until slightly thickened.
  7. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
  8. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
