Instructions

  3. Stir in the green beans, potatoes, savory, salt, pepper, and stock; mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender (25–30 minutes).
  5. Transfer about one-third of the soup to a bowl; puree with an immersion blender.
  6. Combine the pureed mixture with sour cream and blend until smooth.
  7. Return the blended soup back to the saucepan; stir well and adjust seasoning as needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or additional turkey bacon if desired.
