Ingredients
- Chicken breast or tenderloins
- Olive oil
- Sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges

- Salt & black pepper
- Smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F/75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, herbs, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- For the herbed yogurt dip, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, fresh dill or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
