  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Pineapple Slices (including juice)
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into cubes
  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • Green Onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Place one chicken breast on each foil sheet, then divide the cubed red bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and pineapple slices evenly among the packets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Spread two tablespoons over each chicken breast and reserve about 1/4 cup for later.
  4. Seal the foil packets tightly and grill for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
