  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple concentrate (thawed)
  • 4 bone-in beef chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
