  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 1½ tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the pineapple into thick wedges or rounds and skewer them.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, and coconut vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. Add cornstarch while heating over low to medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
  4. Preheat the grill to 350-450°F and oil the grates.
