  • 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 8 oz mushrooms, washed and air-dried
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vege-Sal or salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Trim and cut the beef steak into 1.5-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place steak pieces in a Ziploc bag, pour in marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Wash mushrooms and let air-dry; then add to the marinating steak for another hour.
  5. Preheat your grill on high heat.
  6. Thread steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
  7. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  8. Let kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.
