- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sweet rice apple vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Pineapple chunks
- Bell pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the teriyaki marinade by combining soy sauce, water, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce by whisking cornstarch with water and adding it to the marinade mixture. Set aside.
- Marinate chicken pieces in half of the teriyaki sauce for at least one hour or overnight.
- Assemble kabobs by alternating marinated chicken with pineapple and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill kabobs over medium heat for approximately 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Brush remaining teriyaki sauce on kabobs while grilling.
