  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin steak
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin into 1½-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Sauce for at least three hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  3. Chop red pepper, green pepper, and onion into large squares; cut pineapple into wedges.
  4. Combine vegetables and pineapple with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Thread marinated steak, pineapple, and veggies onto soaked skewers alternately.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook kabobs until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
