Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat ricotta

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
