  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; place them in the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes, then add them to the bowl.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add them to the mixture.
  6. Peel and chop kiwi; incorporate into the bowl.
  7. Peel and slice bananas; mix them in.
  8. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture; sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  9. Gently stir until all fruits are well combined.
  10. Serve in plastic cups or containers.
