Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking sake (or rice apple vinegar)
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Clean and dry the chicken wings. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, cooking sake, sesame oil, honey, black pepper powder, ginger, and mirin. Add wings and mix well.
