  4. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, zest, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  5. Stir-fry dried chili peppers and garlic in oil before adding fried chicken and orange sauce; toss to coat.
