- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth (divided)

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken by mixing garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture on the chicken.
