  • Eggs (2)
  • Bread crumbs (1 cup)
  • Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Milk (⅓ cup)
  • Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
  • Ketchup (¾ cup) for glaze
  • Brown sugar (2 tbsp) for glaze
  • Mustard (1 tbsp) for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. For the glaze, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl until smooth. Spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), spreading the remaining glaze on top during the last 10 minutes.
