  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the raw cashews with the melted mixture until evenly coated.
