  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add linguine, and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
