Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in red food coloring and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed but soft in the center.
  7. Allow to cool on wire racks before serving.
